Easily download Whiteboard for Windows or Android. Go to https://myviewboard.com to download your version of Whiteboard. After installing, make sure to verify your email, to activate your myViewBoard software and validate your license.

Set Up Your Cloud Drive
Connect a wide variety of cloud drives to myViewBoard account.
Follow Me Settings | Digital Whiteboard Settings That Follow You
Configure your Whiteboard settings including theme, auto logout and enabling casting. One of the greatest advantages of myViewBoard software suite is having all of your settings follow you wherever you go. The Follow Me icon allows your digital whiteboard to look the same, instead of having to worry about what it is going to look like. The Education theme gives you some really cool icons to customize your display.
Creating Tiles for the Embedded Browser
Choose, import and configure your tiles in the embed browser. Within Whitebaord, bookmarks are referred to as "Tiles." Configure your tiles in the Follow Me AI tab of your myViewBoard account. Sign up for your account here: https://myviewboard.com/. Add icons or tiles, then maneuver as needed on your homepage (inside the embedded browser). Edit by selecting the pencil tool, or import your own tiles by selecting the name/link.
Adding Custom Backgrounds | Three Easy Steps - Understanding the Tools
Three easy steps to customize your backgrounds. The first step is finding the background you want to use. Save the image you want to use. Second, put the image in Google Drive (Default Account). Drag and Drop, or upload your image. Go to FollowMe settings in your account, then click Update Files. Then, you're ready to use your default background as a custom background every time you login.Understanding the Tools

Navigating Whiteboard | Understanding How to Access Any Tool
Become familiar with Whiteboard and where your tools are located. Your digital whiteboard has your unique username in the top left. The bottom left contains your background management menu for customizing your canvas. On the bottom right is your page manager. Create new pages and access your browser. Most importantly, your toolbar is on the right. It has all the tools you'll need to create lessons on Whiteboard. Finally, the top right has options like casting and user settings.
Opening Whiteboard and Sign In | Getting Started
Open and sign in to Whiteboard. Make sure you're signed in. Type email/password and select platform. The companion app allows you to quickly scan the QR code and sign in. To make sure you've signed in correctly, look at the top left of the screen.

QR Code | Anything You Create You Can Print
Print or create a QR code for easy download of class materials. Anything you create can also be printed. To print, use the file management menu. Then, select the printer icon. Any local printer can be used. A neat trick for students with personal devices is using QR codes. This allows them to scan and have instant access to everything you want to share from your presentation.
Saving to the Cloud | Google Drive or Office365
Open, create and save vBoard files with the file management tool By default, the computer will look on your computer for these files. But, what if you've saved them in the cloud? For Google Drive and Office365, click the corresponding icon. Navigate to the canvas you would like to open. Likewise, save to your local computer or on the cloud drive of your choice.
Exporting Your Canvas to Other Formats
Quickly export PNG, JPG, PDF or PPT files to your Google or one drive. Click the 'File Management' icon, then export. Save to your desktop, Google Drive or OneDrive.Magic Box

Pen Tool | Accentuate Key Points from Your Lecture
Select pens, brushes for highlighters and change color, thickness or opacity to highlight content on your canvas. The Pen tool allows you to change pen thickness, color Paintbrush tool allows less detail, compared to a finer pen. Highlighter tool allows you to accentuate key points from your lecture. Magic Line tool allows you to draw letters or shapes using fun patterns.
PenTool - AI Pen | Let Artificial Intelligence Do the Drawing for You!
AI Pen tool recognizes doodles and the software offers shapes to drag onto your canvas. From the Pen tool, click on the AI Pen icon. This opens up the interface. If you draw something on the canvas, the AI program will try to guess what you're trying to draw. Once AI has turned what you drew into a shape, they become interactive. You can change the color, fill color, or anything else from the toolbar menu.

With the eraser tool you can always go back and correct your mistakes.
Shape Tool - Tables | Draw Tables & Import Objects Quickly
Insert tables and easily resize, modify or auto resize for text and pictures. Select 'Tables' to change the number of columns/rows, line thickness, or color. Change height and width. Touch to import objects with the Select tool. Adjust row height or column width. Tables will automatically resize to fit objects by hovering the object.Adorning Tools

Layering | Move Images on Top or Behind Other Images
Easily layer images, graphics or photos. When dealing with different objects, it's good to know how they're going to interact. The adorning tool for an object helps change things like line thickness, interior or exterior colors. Click on any object to pull up the adorning tool . The layering tool gives you the ability to move objects on top of images. Sometimes, you want to place a lower layer on top of the higher layer. Use the layering tool to bring images up down or all the way to the front.
Copy and Paste | How to Grab Images From Anywhere
Copy web images, shapes or anything else and easily paste to Whiteboard. To copy and paste objects, simply click the copy icon in the adorning toolbar. The copy icon looks like two pieces of paper on top of each other. Touching it gives you a notification you're image has been copied. In the navigation toolbar, use the paste on canvas icon. Add as many copies as you like. Likewise, you can go to any website, copy an image, and paste it on your digital whiteboard canvas as many times as you like.
Manipulate Objects on Your Canvas
Adorning tools allow you to lock, hyperlink, cut, copy, layer or infinitely clone an image and so much more. These tools are valuable when selecting an object. The trash can icon deletes an object. Lock button keeps the image in place. Spinning tool rotates images 360 degrees. The infinite cloner allows you to create multiple copies of the same image. This is valuable for creating manipulatives for your students to use.

Embed Browser - Overview | Incorporate Any URL Into Your Lesson
Easily embed a fully functioning website onto your Whiteboard. The embed browser looks something like the Google Chrome icon. Touching takes you to a page with bookmarks - called tiles. The browser has a place to enter any URL you wish. Close, fullscreen, or embed or minimize your browser at any time. The keyboard allows you to type on-screen.
Embed Websites
Become familiar with the tools and features of the Whiteboard embed browser. Open your website and click the "make the current webpage become a tool" button. This turns the website into an object. Resize using the double arrow 'resize' button and it becomes fully visible on your digital whiteboard.
Drag Images & Videos Directly Onto Your Canvas
Quickly insert images and videos onto your canvas. Once you have an image you like, simply touch and drag the image directly onto your canvas. Videos work very similarly. With YouTube, all you need to do is touch and drag a link onto your canvas. Hit 'play' and the video plays.
Presentation vs Design Mode | How to Switch Between Modes
Easily switch between design and presentation mode. To switch, find the person in front of the chalkboard on your toolbar. Clicking it makes your canvas fullscreen. The toolbar disappears, but more icons appear on the right. Touching the person again brings everything back.
Creating and Navigating Pages | How to Navigate Across Different Pages on Canvas
Add, navigate and manage pages on your canvas. To add a new page, go to your navigation toolbar. Click the Add a New Page icon. Navigate using the arrows: go back or forward. In your toolbar, use the page management menu to see all the pages on our digital whiteboard canvas. Press the x to delete a page. Click the other blue icon to add a new page.Sharing Screens

Whiteboard for Android Getting Started
Sign in and long tap and double tap to upload images. Whiteboard for Android integrates your ViewBoard with the Google Classroom. Learn how gesturing works in this video. Add images to your digital whiteboard. In Android, you can't drag and drop onto the canvas. Instead, single tap the image, tap and hold, and save to Whiteboard.
Whiteboard for Android Downloading and Installing
Learn how to download Whiteboard for Android and set security settings. From the App store, download the Chromium browser. From myViewBoard.com, select the download icon. Then, select Whiteboard for Android. Now, go back to the home screen (home button) and select Settings. Under settings, change the security toggle to "Allow unknown sources."
