User bookmarks

Create shortcuts and save your bookmarks so that you can easily find and use designated web pages without having to retype or search them each time.

Sign in to myViewBoard.com and go to the Bookmarks tab within FollowMe settings. Here, set the bookmarks you want to access from your Embedded Browser during a myViewBoard Whiteboard session.

Access Bookmarks

There are two ways you may access your Bookmarks:

1. Go to myViewBoard.com.
2. Press Sign in in the right-side of the title bar.
3. Input your account details in the sign-in page.
4. On the home page,
   • Option 1: 
     1. Press  in the title bar.
     2. Press Bookmarks in the left-side panel.
   • Option 2:
     1. Open the user drop-down menu in the title bar. 
     2. Press FollowMe.
     3. Press Bookmarks in the left-side panel.

User accesses the Bookmarks page from the home page first from the title bar, and then from the user drop-down menu.

Customize Bookmarks

On the Bookmarks page, customize the bookmarks found within the Embedded Browser in myViewBoard Whiteboard. 

To manage the bookmarks tiles, follow these steps:

1. On the Bookmarks page, press .
2. Press .
3. Input your preferred name for this bookmark.
4. Input the URL for the desired website.
5. Select a bookmark icon (will depend on icons available for your desired website).
6. Press Add.
7. Continue adding bookmarks as needed.
8. Press  to save all bookmarks added.

User adds bookmarks to the Your Bookmarks section of the Embedded Browser.
