• Notice of Google Workspace policy update added to Google SSO setup: We've added a reminder informing users to update myViewBoard app settings in Google Workspace as a result of recent Google's policy changes.
• Software Instances filter has been fixed.
• Entity Insights update:
  • New dashboard: Device Apps
    • This dashboard provides an overview of ViewBoard OS app usage across entity devices.
    • Find it in the left-navigation menu.
  • Manager dashboard:
    • This dashboard has been updated to provide information about Advanced licenses.

• Certification email (bug fix): Email now sends when a user completes a training only once. (Previously sent every time a training was completed.)

1. Pending status email: An MSP's owner and admins will receive an email notification when the MSP has changed status to Pending.
2. Pending status banner: When an MSP is in Pending status, a banner will display on the MSP Portal notifying users.

Improvements

1. Entity invitation: Individual who sends invitation is automatically registered as the assigned MSP.
2. Entities > Assigned MSP: Assigned MSP can be edited while in any invitation status (Pending, Terminated, Rejected).
3. Certification: Notification email is sent to owner and admin when an MSP is certified.

1. Users: Users can now be removed in bulk.
2. Subscriptions:
   • Owner/admins can now activate a Manager Advanced 30-day free trial from the Subscriptions page.

1. Templates: When setting the Check for Update parameter, the configuration will now apply to selected instances.
