Requesting Live Captions

Live Captions is a feature for myViewBoard Whiteboard Windows version only. Other versions don't have this feature. 

By default, Live Captions is not activated for entity users. To gain access to this feature, make sure you complete the following:

• Verify you are registered under a myViewBoard Entity.
• Contact us to enable this feature. (Make sure to select Activate Live Captions for my entity under I'd like to...)

After Live Captions have been activated for your entity and its users, learn how to use Live Captions.
