  • Which plan should I choose?

    For schools or large organizations requiring management of users and devices, the Entity plan is best suited for you since it contains tools to help you build, maintain, and manage large rollouts.

    For individual educators seeking more classroom engagement and collaborative tools, the Pro and Premium plans are the best options.

    For educators simply seeking to begin using our whiteboarding tool, then Standard is the way to go.

  • Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

    No credit card information is required in any trial versions. A Premium trial is 100% free. At the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically be cancelled unless a user chooses to subscribe thereafter.

    Users may cancel the free trial at any time.

  • How do I apply for an Entity plan?

    If you'd like to apply for an Entity plan, reach out to us via the Contact us form, and someone from our team will personally walk you through the process.

  • Are any Entity features accessible from my Premium plan account?

    No, certain features are exclusive to users under an Entity plan.

    For users with a Premium plan, these Entity-exclusive features are not accessible. For example, Manager web console is only available to those with an Entity plan; there is no Manager-only subscription.

  • Will my data be private, safe, and secured with myViewBoard?

    Protecting the data you entrust to myViewBoard is our top priority. myViewBoard provides enterprise-grade data security to ensure your information is safe and secure.

  • What types of payment does myViewBoard accept?

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Can I switch plans or cancel my subscription any time?

    myViewBoard is a pay-as-you-go service and subscribers can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Once a change is made, the previously subscribed service will remain accessible until the end of the current paid term. Then, if cancelled, the plan will not renew.

    To cancel a Premium subscription, please go into your account settings to cancel the account.

    To cancel an Entity subscription, please contact us.

  • Will I get a refund for the cancelled subscription?

    All paid services are non-refundable. After cancellation, the service will remain active for the duration of the paid term.
