Where to get information
To view detailed device support information within the Manager web console:
Settings » Device Support Info
To check your current firmware version (Build number) on your device:
Settings » System » About
To obtain the latest device firmware:
- Use the ViewSonic Product Search page to search for your device.
- On the product page of the device, go to the Downloads section.
- Locate and download the latest firmware.
