Chart test

The following table summarizes device support for various Manager and Manager Advanced features. Select a ViewSonic IFP and click the button to review which features are supported.

This feature can be remotely controlled by Manager
The target device does not support this feature
Only available for devices assigned with an Advance license

 

 

If the device does not respond to commands sent by Manager, verify that:

 

  • The device has the correct firmware version.
  • The command may be only for devices that have an Advance license.
  • The device may be offline.

 

How to get device info

To view detailed device information within the Manager web console: 

 

  1. Go to Devices section.
  2. Locate the device to check, then perform one of the following:
    1. Review the Model shown on the table.
    2. Click on the row of the target device, then review the Device Model on the info panel.

 

 

To get the current firmware version (Build number) on your device: 

Settings » System » About

 

 

To obtain the latest device firmware:

  1. Use the ViewSonic Product Search page to search for your device.
  2. On the product page of the device, go to the Downloads section.
  3. Locate and download the latest firmware.
