Subscriptions

Use the Subscriptions settings page to review your individual subscriptions, as well as check out other ViewSonic products that are available for your account.


Access Subscription settings

To access your Subscription settings directly, perform the following:


  1. Navigate to the following URL:
  2. Click Sign in on the upper right.
  3. On the next page, use your credentials to sign-in.
  4. The next screen should show your ViewSonic Account page.
  5. Click Subscription on the side panel.

To access Subscriptions settings while logged in myViewBoard.com, perform the following:


  1. Sign-in to myviewboard.com.
  2. Click your user avatar on the upper right.
  3. Click Manage account on the dropdown.
  4. Click Subscriptions on the side panel.





About Subscriptions

Use the Subscriptions page to review your subscription details, including add-on services. You can also use this page to view other available services available for purchase.




Delete

Applicability 

Note the following behavior:


  • Changes made here only affect subscriptions that apply to your personal ViewSonic account (only for the account currently logged in), and primarily targets users who are not registered under an entity. 

  • Accounts registered under an entity can also use this page to personally test out free trials under their own account. Some ViewSonic products provide a time-limited offer where users can test out if certain features are right for them. Availability varies and may change without prior notice, so always check with your ViewSonic representative for more details.

  • If you are an Entity admin and need to make changes to subscriptions that apply globally to the whole entity, head over to your ViewSonic Entity account page. For more details, refer to the following guide:
