Notifications

Update your Notification settings so you can receive regular new and updates about the ViewSonic ecosystem delivered straight to your inbox.


Access Notifications settings

To access your Notifications settings directly, perform the following:


  1. Navigate to the following URL:
  2. Click Sign in on the upper right.
  3. On the next page, use your credentials to sign-in.
  4. The next screen should show your ViewSonic Account page.
  5. Click Notifications on the side panel.

To access Notifications settings while logged in myViewBoard.com, perform the following:


  1. Sign-in to myviewboard.com.
  2. Click your user avatar on the upper right.
  3. Click Manage account on the dropdown.
  4. Click Notifications on the side panel.




Email Notifications

Specify if you want to receive the latest ViewSonic news via email.  These will be sent to the contact email specified in the Account page.  




Email verification required

Notifications will be sent only if the address provided as contact email has already been verified. Ensure that you have completed the verification process first before enabling notifications. 


To verify that the email address has completed the verification process: 


  1. Go to the Account section. 
  2. Review the Contact email field.
  3. Check for the Verified icon. 


Some accounts created via SSO may not have a contact email immediately available after creation. In such cases, perform the following before enabling notifications:


  1. Go to the Account section first.   
  2. Manually provide a valid email in the Contact email field.
  3. Complete the verification process.
