About Entity Management
The ViewSonic Entity Management portal provides a centralized control center that allows admins to configure options for their ViewSonic Entity (such as a school or company).
The ViewSonic Entity Management portal is only available for organizations registered under an Entity account. To sign up for an entity account, refer to the following article:
Access the portal
To access your entity account directly, perform the following:
- Navigate to the following URL:
- Click Sign in on the upper right.
- On the next page, use your credentials to sign-in.
- The next screen should show your ViewSonic Entity page.

Access via myViewBoard
If you are already signed in on the myViewBoard site, perform the following steps to access the portal:
- Use an admin account to sign in to myviewboard.com.
- On the landing page, perform one of the following:
- Select the ViewSonic Entity tile.
- Click your User Avatar, then Manage Entity from the dropdown.
- If you do not see these options, you may not have the correct rights. Verify with your admin, or contact your ViewSonic representative for assistance.
- The ViewSonic Entity management portal opens.

Portal overview
The ViewSonic Entity management portal contains the following sections:
Overview Review several account information related to your entity. |

Domains Use the Domains page to add, review, and remove domains associated with your entity. |
|
Users Use the Users page to add and remove users from your entity. |
|
Subscriptions Use the Subscriptions page to review the entity's subscription details, including add-on services. |

Admin Roles Use the Admin Roles page to assign roles to specific users. |
