myViewBoard account sign in

Create a myViewBoard account to save your settings and and load them every time you login.

A myViewBoard account unlocks access to the following:

• AI Pen
• Originals
• Image search
• YouTube
• Poll
• Throw
• Pop Quiz
• Participate Mode
• Wireless Presentation
• Speech to text
• Immersive reader

Basic annotation tools are still available without sign in, to allow for quick discussions, impromptu sessions, or spontaneous use. 

Signing in

To sign in, perform the following:

1. Launch myViewBoard.
2. On the navigation bar on the lower right:
   1. Click the   user avatar icon.
   2. Click Sign in on the menu.

On the new popup, perform one of the following:

Use SSO to sign in

1. Click one of the following:
   •  Google
   •  Microsoft
   •  Apple
   • Other providers available in your region
2. A new browser window should open. 
3. Follow the instructions in the browser.
4. Once sign in has been verified, you can safely go back to myViewBoard.

Use your email to sign in

1. Note the area below the SSO options.
2. Provide the Email and Password that you used to register during sign up.
3. Click Sign in.

Sign in with QR code

Scan the QR code with myViewBoard Companion app to sign in instantly.

Stay signed in

Enable this option to keep your account auto-logged in for 3 months. If not selected, the application will automatically sign you out after 1 hour of inactivity.

Forgot password

1. Click the Forgot password? link. 
2. On the new browser window, start the password reset process. 
3. Once complete, go back to the myViewBoard sign in popup. 
4. Sign in with your new password.

Create account 

1. Click the Sign up link. 
2. On the new browser window, start the sign up process. 
3. Once complete, go back to the myViewBoard sign in popup. 
4. Sign in with your new account.

Sign in success

To verify successful sign-in, check for the following:

• Your avatar is displayed on the lower right.
• Your myViewBoard name is shown on the upper left.
• Your custom settings for background and pens are loaded.
• You gain access to your cloud drives. This means you can now open and save files in your cloud account.
• You now have access to most of the tools in the  Magic box.
