Internet and Network Requirements
For optimal application performance, a minimum network speed of 100 Mbps is required. Below this threshold, users may encounter latency issues.
If you encounter internet issues with ClassSwift, follow these steps:
- Download the Internet Connection Test document and follow the guidelines provided. If any tests fail, proceed to step 2.
- Download the ClassSwift Network Whitepaper and follow the guidelines. You may share this whitepaper with your IT team for resolution. Configure your network to include the AWS-specific IP ranges as outlined in the document.
If issues persist, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
