Teacher View: Managing Your Quiz Collection
The Quiz Collection in ClassSwift Hub is your central library for all assessment materials. It automatically syncs quizzes saved from the ClassSwift App, including AI-generated and screenshot-based quizzes, ensuring your resources are always available for easy organization and access.
Organize with Folders
Before importing new content, it is highly recommended to create a folder structure to keep your library tidy.
- Create a Folder: Click +New Folder in the Folder List sidebar.
- Name it: Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "History 101" or "Grade 5 Science") and click Create.
- Manage: Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to any folder to Rename or Delete it.
Batch Import Questions
You can quickly upload existing materials directly into the Hub.
- Launch Import: Click the Batch Import button on the Quiz Collection page.
-
Upload File: Select a file in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.
- Note: Ensure questions include options. The Hub currently supports True/False, Multiple Choice, and Short Answer types.
- Review & Edit: Once uploaded, click the pencil icon (✎) to edit question text, modify options, or set the correct answer.
- Save: Choose your preferred folder from the dropdown and click Save All.
- Move or Delete: Once uploaded, click the checkbox on an individual quiz card to Move it to another folder or Delete it from the library.
Standard Tagging for Better Insights
Tagging transforms simple questions into meaningful data points for tracking student progress.
- Add Tags: Click +Tag Standards on an imported question.
- Select Criteria: Choose the Region, Standard From, Subject, and Grade for each question.
- Analyze: Tagged questions allow you to pinpoint exactly which concepts students are struggling with during later analysis.
Quick Tip: Use the Filter at the top of the collection to quickly find quizzes by category, type, or creation time.
