This is a quick guide to help teachers navigate the new ViewSonic dashboard.

Access myViewBoard settings

Use the new myViewBoard settings page to customize your myViewBoard sessions. This page allows you to configure settings that will apply to your sessions every time you sign in to a myViewBoard session. To access myViewBoard settings:

1. Sign in to myviewboard.com.
2. On the landing page, locate the myViewBoard tile. 
   Note the ellipsis icon when you hover over.
3. Click the more_vert icon and select myViewBoard settings.
4. The myViewBoard settings section appears.

Users will be able to access both myViewBoard and their ViewSonic Account from two different locations. After signing in, the experience will vary slightly:

• myViewBoard.com will direct users to a new dashboard, designed to compile all ViewSonic software services and align with the unified ViewSonic software interface.
• The ViewSonic Account portal will show general account information.

Options in top bar

The new ViewSonic dashboard provides the following options in the top bar:

To make changes to your personal info, use the ViewSonic Account portal. The ViewSonic Account settings page also allows you to manage how you access ViewSonic products. Additionally, settings you provide here will be used to customize your experience across various ViewSonic products and services.

To access Account settings while logged in myViewBoard.com, perform the following:

1. Sign-in to myviewboard.com.
2. Click your user avatar on the upper right.
3. Click Manage account on the dropdown.
4. The next screen should show your Account page.
