Deploy to IFPs
For mass deployment to Interactive Flat Panels (IFP) devices, we recommend using Manager to deploy both the new myViewBoard app and the Quiz Tool component directly to the IFP. This ensures that teachers won't need to wait for the component download to complete when activating Quiz Tool for the first time.
Pre-requisites
Before proceeding, ensure that the target devices meet the following requirements:
- The IFP is enrolled and can receive commands from the entity's Manager portal.
- The IFP is running a version of Android that supports myViewBoard 3.0.

Ensure that the IFP can receive commands from the entity's Manager portal.
Deployment via Manager
The new myViewBoard app will appear as a deployable app in supported regions, under Manager's Apps section. For instructions on how to deploy apps using Manager, see the article below:

The App section will now include the myViewBoard app for deployment.

- For users planning to install the new version of myViewBoard and Quiz Tool manually: myViewBoard will prompt for additional permissions after the Quiz Tool initial setup, which can only be set by the device owner.
- The Quiz Tool is not included on the Apple Store (iOS) of myViewBoard.
- These installation steps apply to supported regions only:
- Canada
- Latin America
- US
- If your region is not supported, you can still join via the beta program which grants acces to a myViewBoard build that has the Quiz Tool included. For more details, see the Join the beta article.
