For any requests or issues concerning the use of the myViewBoard Suite, users can access help articles or contact the technical support teams at any time to receive assistance.
Accessing the Technical Support portal
Signed-in users can access the Technical Support portal from the home page of the myViewBoard Portal by pressing the Support Requests button.
Users who haven't signed in to myViewBoard.com can still access the Technical Support portal by pressing Get in touch in the title bar and then Get Support.
Overview of the Technical Support portal
From the Technical Support portal, the user can select the following options:
- Products: Submit a request regarding a specific myViewBoard tool.
- Popular articles: Access recent popular articles.
- Select Your Role: Access assistance for products based on specific roles in your organization.
- Join Us: Access the Community page, where you can post your questions or browse questions by other myViewBoard users.
