Manage subscriptions

myViewBoard is a pay-as-you-go service that offers different types of user accounts. As a subscriber you can upgrade, downgrade, and cancel your current subscription at any time.

Change plan

Once you have acquired a myViewBoard account and subscribed to one of our plans, you can upgrade your plan at any time. On upgrading, the new subscription plan status will take effect immediately and the value of your current remaining subscription will be deducted from the new fee.

1. Sign in to myviewboard.com.
2. Press  My Subscriptions in the user dropdown menu.
3. Press anywhere within the Current Plan section.
4. Press  (next to your current plan) to begin the upgrade process.
5. Select your desired plan.
6. Press Yes  to confirm.
7. The change will take effect immediately.

Unsubscribe

If you unsubscribe from your current plan, you will be downgraded to a Standard myViewBoard account. 

1. Sign in to myviewboard.com.
2. Press  My Subscriptions in the user dropdown menu.
3. Press anywhere in the Current Plan section.
4. In the Current Plan section, press Payment.
5. Press Unsubscribe.
6. Press Confirm .

Change payment method

You can change your current payment method any time your subscription is active.

1. Sign in to myViewBoard.com.
2. Press  My Subscriptions in the user dropdown menu.
3. Press  Payment above the Current Plan section.
4. Press to view the options available.
5. Press  Edit: 
   1. Input the new payment and billing details.
   2. Press  Save.
   3. Press Remove.
   4. Press Confirm .
