Cloud services configuration for entities

Admin can configure cloud services, making selected cloud services available for entity users to integrate with.

The following cloud services are supported:

To go to the Cloud Services page, follow these steps:

Sign in to myviewboard.com with your entity admin account.
Open Entity Management.
On the left-side menu, enter Cloud Services.
Simply check the box for any service you wish to make available for entity users to bind to within their FollowMe settings.

Disabling cloud services for entity users

By default, all services are enabled and available to entity users. If you wish to disable a cloud service, simply uncheck the box for that service.

REMEMBER

By disabling a cloud service, any entity user who is currently bound (connected) to that cloud service will lose access to that service.
