• Urgent message

  When broadcasted, Urgent messages are text only messages that appear full-screen on a red background. • Playlists

  Use a Playlist to display a slideshow of multimedia during broadcast. Note that you must create a playlist first before it can be available for broadcast. • Multimedia

  Manager provides support for broadcasting multimedia files to devices. Multimedia refers to the following file types:   Images Videos  Audio files   Note that you must use the Resources page to upload the multimedia file first before it becomes available for broadcast. • Presentation File

  Use the Presentation File option to broadcast your existing presentation files. Manager converts each page in the file and broadcasts them to selected devices as a playlist. • Web page

  Add a Web page element to display a live web page on selected devices.   Specify a Layout that defines the placement of your selected media during a broadcast. Users can switch between landscape and portrait options.
