Note: This feature is only available for devices assigned an Advanced license.
Broadcast a curated selection of images and/or videos.
CREATE PLAYLISTS BEFORE BROADCASTING
Ensure you have created a playlist before attempting to broadcast a playlist to devices.
CONVERT A POWERPOINT FILE INTO A PLAYLIST BEFORE BROADCASTING
If you would like to convert a PPTX file into a playlist before initiating broadcast, we have the option to do so.
Steps to broadcast
- In the Broadcast window, select Playlists from a media content dropdown menu.
- Select the playlist to broadcast.
- Continue inserting playlists or other media into remaining sections if necessary.
BROADCAST A PLAYLIST ONLY ONCE
For broadcasting playlists, users have the option to play a playlist one time. When this Duration option is selected, the broadcast will terminate once the playlist has completed. This option is only available only for the single media layout option.
ONLY 1 PLAYLIST ALLOWED PER BROADCAST
When broadcasting a layout with more than one section, only one section can contain a playlist at a time. If you attempt to add a playlist into a different section of the layout, the previous section will be cleared of the playlist.
MAX ITEMS IN A PLAYLIST
20 items max are allowed in a playlist.
