  The Manager web console is accessible only to Entity Admins and Entity Owners who are signed in in to myviewboard.com.   After installing the Manager app on target devices, add them to the Manager web console by completing the enrollment process. • Broadcast overview

  Use Manager to broadcast content to one or more devices. Standard and urgent messages can be sent to all devices within the entity.   Use a Playlist to display a slideshow of multimedia during broadcast. Note that you must create a playlist first before it can be available for broadcast. • Multimedia

  Manager provides support for broadcasting multimedia files to devices. Multimedia refers to the following file types:   Images Videos  Audio files   Note that you must use the Resources page to upload the multimedia file first before it becomes available for broadcast.   Use the Presentation File option to broadcast your existing presentation files. Manager converts each page in the file and broadcasts them to selected devices as a playlist.   Specify a Layout that defines the placement of your selected media during a broadcast. Users can switch between landscape and portrait options.
