Device info

At any time from a device list, view a Device Info panel, or open a page that allows you to view Device Info and more.

View Device Info

To view the Device Info panel, complete the following:

1. Click the row of the device for which you wish you view more info. 
   (Note: Don't click the checkbox.)
2. A Device Info side panel will appear on the right.

Alternatively, a more detailed device info view is available:

1. Double-click the row of the device for which you wish to view more info.
   (Note: Don't click the checkbox.)
2. A device info page will open.
3. You can complete the following from this view:
   1. Edit the device name and tag.
   2. Edit the device's group.
   3. Add and edit notes.
   4. View device info.
   5. View device statistics.
   6. View OS info
   7. Install and delete apps on the device.
   8. Install and manage device certificates.
   9. Access the remote control for this device.
   10. Factory reset  the device.

From the device list, double click the row of a device for an expanded device info view.

Export device info

Export a summary of device information to a spreadsheet by selecting Export to Excel file.

1. Go to the All Devices page.
2. Press  (located next to the All Devices title).
3. Press Export to Excel file.
4. Select the file destination and press Save.
