SAML setup
SAML is an XML-based open-standard for transferring identity data between two parties: an identity provider (the entity) and a service provider (myViewBoard).
Once all SAML settings are completed, entity users should be able to use their already existing credentials to sign in to myViewBoard, without the need to add or sync new users.
To set up SAML SSO, follow these steps:
- Go to the Single Sign-On page (in the left-side menu).
- In the Single Sign-On Setting dropdown menu, select SAML.
- Input fields with information from your server: SAML URL, SAML Logout Redirect, SAML Certificate.
- Take the auto-generated URLs (Endpoint, Audience URL, Assertion Consumer Service, Recipient URL) and apply them to your SAML server settings.
- When ready, press Confirm.
