Entity bookmarks configuration

Entity Bookmarks are configurable preset bookmarks for all entity users accessible when using myViewBoard Whiteboard's Embedded Browser.

Admin can preview the home page entity users will see within the Embedded Browser, as well as configure bookmarks by adding or removing them.

To open the Bookmarks page, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to myViewBoard.com with your entity admin account.
  2. Open Entity Management.
  3. On the left-side menu, enter Bookmarks.

Edit default bookmarks

Admin can add and remove bookmarks in the Entity Bookmarks section of the home page. However, those in the Recommended Bookmarks section are preset and cannot be changed.

To add bookmarks, follow these steps:

  1. On the Bookmarks page, press .
  2. Press .
  3. Input your preferred name for this bookmark.
  4. Input the URL for the desired website.
  5. Select a bookmark icon (will depend on icons available for your desired website).
  6. Press Add.
  7. Continue adding bookmarks as needed.
  8. Press .

User adds the Merriam-Webster website to their bookmarks and then confirms the current bookmark configuration by pressing the save button.

To remove bookmarks, follow these steps:

  1. On the Bookmarks page, press .
  2. On the bookmark to be removed, press .
  3. Continue removing bookmarks as needed.
  4. Press .
