Focus mode

Focus mode now offers a more focused and minimal design for distraction-free use.

• Minimal UI: In focus mode, all toolbars are hidden except for a floating tool icon —the Quick Access menu. 

  • This menu provides access to key tools while keeping the screen uncluttered.

  • Long-press on the screen to instantly display the Quick Access menu directly under your finger.  

This new mode aims to help users concentrate on drawing or writing without visual distractions.

Download & sharing

Updates to improve cross-device access and visibility when sharing content.

• App access: Users can now access the the TeamOne app download page directly from the avatar menu. 

• URL preview: Shared URLs now use the board cover image as a preview thumbnail, and provides a visual reference for shared links.

• Easy export: Export a JPG copy of the board by scanning a QR code, even without signing in.

AI features

AI features have been expanded to enhance content summarization and usability.

• AI summary: AI-generated summaries are now also available for text and shapes. 

• AI menu: Selecting the AI option now displays a list of available actions, which provides quick access to AI-specific features.

Pen & lasso

A few enhancements to the pen and lasso tools to improve collaboration and visual clarity during writing.

• Multi-pen mode: Clicking the multi-pen icon now auto-switches to multi-pen mode to enable a one-click setup for collaborative writing.

• Line selection: You can now select objects simply by drawing a line across them. Previously, the only option was to have users draw a circle to select all enclosed items.

Eraser

New eraser capabilities support more intuitive and precise content editing.

• Partial stroke erasing: Strokes can now be partially erased, allowing users to correct minor errors in their input without removing the entire stroke.

• Palm eraser: You can use your palm to erase when the eraser tool is selected. 

• Touch-based resizing: The erasing area automatically resizes to match the touch area. Larger or smaller touches will adjust the erasing size accordingly.

• Multi-touch support:

  • You can use more than one palm eraser at the same time. Multiple users can erase content simultaneously during collaboration.

  • Writing and erasing can be performed simultaneously. 

Interactivity

Writing responsiveness has been optimized for specific device models.

• Writing acceleration: Writing responsiveness has been improved on the IFP92UW, 105UW, and 50-5 models. Input speed is now smoother and more accurate.

• Keyboard support: Users can now press the Tab key to activate keyboard navigation. Focus will cycle through all interactive buttons on the interface.
