Modifications
- New lists in Entity Management. Added two new lists in Entity Management: a user list for viewing entity users and a team list for viewing teams. This provides a more structured approach for admins to manage entities.
- Notifications for deactivated users. TeamOne now displays a notification when users attempt to access a team, project, or board where their membership is deactivated. The notification is removed upon reactivation, allowing full access and collaboration.
- New models for recognition services. Released new models for the summarization and handwriting recognition services, enhancing accuracy and performance for more precise outputs.
- Updated gesture notification. Updated the gesture notification for pen mode to improve user understanding of system interaction through gestures.
- Updated tool menu. Updated the tool menu for the mobile version to provide a more intuitive and efficient user experience.
Improvements
- UI enhancements. Fixes for the arrow image and background colors of user avatars.
- Google SSO sign up. Improved Microsoft Teams integration by adding Google SSO sign up for new users in Microsoft Teams.
- Revised description. Updated the description for the "Search by name or email" message so it's much clearer.

Modifications
- Palm eraser. Added the palm eraser as an alternative method of erasing items on the board. Â
- Stroke recognition. AI recognition to convert both handwritten text and hand-drawn shapes into editable objects.Â
- AI feedback. Added a way for users to give feedback on AI-generated results.Â
- Multilingual language support. Generating summaries in EN, ZH-TW, DE, ES, and FR has had some tweaks to improve the handling of mixed-language inputs. Â
Improvements
- User Management for Individual Plan. Added the option for the Team admin of an Individual Plan to activate and deactivate users.
- Board details in Settings List. The Setting list now provides more information about each board, and should provide better insight when going through the Settings List. Â
- Entity Profile. Entities now have their own profile descriptions, so they're easier to review at a glance.
- Enterprise Trial Activation. Entities on the Business Plan can now apply for an Enterprise trial, making it easier to explore more advanced features before committing.
- Updated quotas. Updated the limits offered for selected features.

Modifications
- Improved handwriting experience. Strokes now align more accurately with the pen tip, and will be less distorted or straightened. Â
- Refined wording for user roles. Refined the wording used for the user roles, making it easier for admins to identify the users' level of participation in their teams.
- Summarize results in more languages. Updated the summarization feature to support more languages, utilizing OpenAI's advanced language models.
Improvements
- New Pricing Table: A new pricing table has been introduced to provide users with a comprehensive view of the available plans and their associated features. This table aims to assist customers in making informed decisions about the plan that best suits their needs.
- Inquiry Submission Forms: The platform now includes updated inquiry submission forms. These forms are designed to streamline communication and ensure that inquiries are directed to the appropriate department for a timely response.
- 'BETA' Labels removed: All 'BETA' labels have been removed from the user interface. The features previously in beta testing are now fully developed, tested, and integrated into the production environment.
- Updated Plan Names: The names of the plans have been updated to better reflect their target audience.
