What's New in TeamOne's November release

TeamOne now supports French, Spanish, German, English, and Traditional Chinese.

Interactive Features

We’ve added a couple of improvements to some of TeamOne’s interactive features:

• Enhanced Voting Panel. The voting panel is now positioned to avoid covering any voting objects, so you can make your selections without any visual interference.
   
• Gesture Improvements. Get ready for even more responsive and intuitive touch gestures!
  
  
  • Palm Eraser Adjustment: The palm eraser will now automatically scale to match the erasing area for faster editing and smoother corrections.
  • Multi-Finger Swipe to Move Canvas: Swipe with two or more fingers to effortlessly move the canvas. You can even do this after selecting object(s) for better control.
  • Pinch to Zoom: Easily zoom in and out on the canvas using a pinch gesture using two or more fingers.
     
• MS Teams fixes: We've made improvements on how we integrate with MS Teams:
  
  
  • Board expiry: The expiration period for a TeamOne board in Microsoft Teams has been extended to 7 days, allowing users to access the shared board for up to 7 days. Previously, the board was valid for only 1 day.
  • Focus on me: The "Focus on me" icon becomes available when more than one user joins the board. Note that the user to be followed must have edit rights.
  • Contributor names: The meeting contributor's name now shows up as “Teams user” in the board history and in the comment list.

More improvements

We’ve also updated a few things to make the TeamOne user experience better:

• Manage join requests: Entity Admins can now approve (or reject) join requests sent by others in addition to invited users, offering more complete control over who can access shared boards.
• Updated onboarding flow: We’ve streamlined the onboarding experience for both Entity Admins and Entity Users, with some updates to align the subscription plans.
• Improved user invitation process: TeamOne now provides an autocomplete option when inviting new users via email. This makes it simpler to find and add users directly from your entity.
• Upgrade notifications: When upgrading from Business to Enterprise, users will receive a notification to inform them of the status of their upgrade.
• Profile settings: A new "Profile Settings" option is now accessible from both the board and the dashboard, which allows users to switch language preferences.
• Rendering improvement: Improved whiteboard rendering performance for a smoother and faster experience.
