What's new in TeamOne's August release

Enhancements to interactive features

We’ve added a couple of improvements to some of TeamOne’s interactive features:

Improved handwriting experience

We've made various changes to improve the handwriting experience. Your strokes now align more accurately with the pen tip, and will be less distorted or straightened. These enhancements are designed to ensure a more natural feel when using stylus or touch input devices.

Refined wording for user roles

We've also refined the wording used for the user roles, making it easier for admins to identify the users' level of participation in their teams:

• Team admin
• Team member
• Project admin
• Project member
• Project contributor
• Board admin
• Board member
• Board contributor
• Guest

Summarize results in more languages

We've also updated the summarization feature to support more languages, utilizing OpenAI's advanced language models. Supported languages are listed below:

• English
• Traditional Chinese
• German
• French
• Spanish

This now allows users to write content and generate summaries in their preferred language, broadening accessibility and improving user experience for a diverse global audience.

More improvements

We’ve also updated a few things to make the TeamOne user experience better: 

• New Pricing Table: A new pricing table has been introduced to provide users with a comprehensive view of the available plans and their associated features. This table aims to assist customers in making informed decisions about the plan that best suits their needs.
• Inquiry Submission Forms: The platform now includes updated inquiry submission forms, allowing users to easily contact our support team with questions, feedback, or requests for additional information. These forms are designed to streamline communication and ensure that inquiries are directed to the appropriate department for a timely response.
• 'BETA' Labels removed: All 'BETA' labels have been removed from the user interface. The features previously in beta testing have now been fully developed, tested, and integrated into the production environment.
• Updated Plan Names: The names of the plans have been updated to better reflect their target audience.
