Interactive Features

We’ve added a couple of improvements to some of TeamOne’s interactive features:

• We've added two new lists to Entity management: a list for viewing the entity users, and a list for viewing the teams list. This enhancement provides a more organized and structured approach for admins to manage entities.     
   
• TeamOne now shows a message to users whenever they try to access a team, project, or board where their membership was deactivated. However, upon reactivation, this message no longer shows up and the user will be able to engage, collaborate, and  participate in the project as usual.     
   
• A new model has been released for both the summarization and handwriting recognition services, offering improved accuracy and performance. These enhancements ensure that users receive more precise summaries and better handwriting recognition results.     
   
• The gesture notification for using pen mode has been updated to help users better understand how to interact with the system using gestures.      
   
• The tool menu for the mobile version has been updated, providing a more intuitive and streamlined experience for users. This update aims to improve efficiency when using the tools on mobile devices.      
   

More improvements

We’ve also updated a few things to make the TeamOne user experience better:

• Fixes for the arrow image and background colors of user avatars.
• Updated the description for the "Search by name or email" message so it's much clearer.
