Auto-signin for ViewSonic account

Use Companion for instant sign-in to your ViewSonic account via Companion's QR code login feature.

Sign in process

For instant sign in to your ViewSonic account, follow the steps below:

On the Companion app:

First, sign in to the Companion app as Host to access the QR code scanner feature. 
 

1. Launch the Companion app on your mobile device.
2. Tap on the Host / IT Admin icon to sign in.  
3. Use the popup to sign in with a ViewSonic admin account.  
4. On the next screen, locate the QR code icon. 
   We will use this feature on the next section to perform the sign in.

On the ViewSonic site:

Afterwards, launch your browser and visit a ViewSonic website (myViewBoard, TeamOne, ClassSwift, etc.) that requires login to a ViewSonic account. 

1. Visit the target ViewSonic website.
2. Click Sign In on the landing page. 
3. On the sign in page, click the QR code sign-in button.  
   A page with a QR code appears. 
    
4. Now use the Companion app to scan this QR code.
   1. Tap the QR code icon to launch the device camera 
   2. This opens your device's camera app. 
   3. Grant permissions if needed. 
   4. Adjust the camera position so the the QR code is inside the scanning area.   
       
5. A successful scan will trigger the sign in process on the ViewSonic site.
