Entity Management console

The Entity Management console provides a centralized control center that allows admins to configure options for their myViewBoard Entity (such as a school or company).

The Entity Management console is only available for organizations registered under an Entity account. To sign up for an entity account, refer to the following article:

Access the console

Once you have signed up for an Entity account, perform the following steps to access the console:

  1. Use an admin account to sign in to myviewboard.com.
  2. On the landing page, select the Entity Management tile.
If you do not see this tile, you may not have the correct rights. Verify with your admin, or contact your ViewSonic representative for assistance.
  3. The Entity Management console opens.
