Modifications

  • Palm eraser. Added the palm eraser as an alternative method of erasing items on the board.  
  • Stroke recognition. AI recognition to convert both handwritten text and hand-drawn shapes into editable objects. 
  • AI feedback. Added a way for users to give feedback on AI-generated results. 
  • Multilingual language support. Generating summaries in EN, ZH-TW, DE, ES, and FR has had some tweaks to improve the handling of mixed-language inputs.

Improvements

  • User Management for Individual Plan. Added the option for the Team admin of an Individual Plan to activate and deactivate users.
  • Board details in Settings List. The Setting list now provides more information about each board, and should provide better insight when going through the Settings List.  
  • Entity Profile. Entities now have their own profile descriptions, so they're easier to review at a glance.
  • Enterprise Trial Activation. Entities on the Business Plan can now apply for an Enterprise trial, making it easier to explore more advanced features before committing.
  • Updated quotas. Updated the limits offered for selected features.

Modifications

  • Improved handwriting experience. Strokes now align more accurately with the pen tip, and will be less distorted or straightened.  
  • Refined wording for user roles. Refined the wording used for the user roles, making it easier for admins to identify the users' level of participation in their teams.
  • Summarize results in more languages. Updated the summarization feature to support more languages, utilizing OpenAI's advanced language models.

  • New Pricing Table: A new pricing table has been introduced to provide users with a comprehensive view of the available plans and their associated features. This table aims to assist customers in making informed decisions about the plan that best suits their needs.
  • Inquiry Submission Forms: The platform now includes updated inquiry submission forms. These forms are designed to streamline communication and ensure that inquiries are directed to the appropriate department for a timely response.
  • 'BETA' Labels removed: All 'BETA' labels have been removed from the user interface. The features previously in beta testing are now fully developed, tested, and integrated into the production environment.
  • Updated Plan Names: The names of the plans have been updated to better reflect their target audience.
