Identify your device model through the following methods:

Check the label on the back (typically on the right side) of the device and find the model name.
Go to your device’s Settings > About and find the model name. (Contact your IT if you can’t access your settings.)

Sign in to myviewboard.com

With your myViewBoard Entity account, sign in and open the Manager console.
Open Manager app on your device

Note the PIN displaying and input it into the Manager console to add the corresponding device.
