December 2025

This update rounds out our 2025 roadmap with enhancements focused on scale, automation, and reliability. Read below to see what’s new across the ViewSonic platforms.

myViewBoard settings portal

We've made changes to how the sections in your myViewBoard settings are organized.

For users

A new Entity section has been added that contains the following items:

 Entity list

Shows a table that has the following data:

    • All the Entities your account is registered in
    • Your role in each specific entity (Owner, Admin, or User)
    • Email address of the Entity Owner who you can contact for issues

 myViewBoard Admin Settings

This link is only available if you have admin access to your entity's myViewBoard account. Click to load the myViewBoard Admin Settings page where you can update myViewBoard settings that will affect the whole entity

The Resource section has also been updated. Items under Resource and Tools have been merged into one section, with the following key changes:

  • A new link to the Educator Community has been added
  • The NFC Management page has been moved to myViewBoard Admin Settings

For admins

Updates to the myViewBoard Admin Settings page are listed below:

  • The myViewBoard Admin Settings page now shows the entity currently loaded and the owner email. This makes it easy for admins to identify which entity they are making changes to.
  • To load settings for another entity, use the new Entity list item. The new Entity list item allows admins to switch between multiple entities.

  • All links in this page are now organized into the following:
    • Entity
    • myViewBoard Management
    • Entity Management
    • System & Device Management

  • The NFC Management page has been added under Entity Management.
  • Since this page now exclusively focuses on myViewBoard, the Entity's Domain information is no longer shown here but is still accessible in the ViewSonic Entity Portal.

These refinements streamline daily operations across supported panels.

These updates tighten access control and make outcomes easier to audit.

  • Job permission enforcement: Users without the required command permissions cannot create or execute those commands in Jobs.
  • Action log outcomes: Action logs record execution outcomes so that users can verify results after commands are sent.
