Share lesson materials
When teachers have concluded delivering a lesson with myViewBoard, they have a couple different options to share lesson materials with the class.
Export lesson to a different file format
If you wish to export the result of your lesson materials into a non-OLF file format, use the Export feature within File Manager. This option is suitable for educators who will upload the file to a shared cloud drive, post it in an online group, or email it to the class.

The following file formats are supported within myViewBoard:
- PDF1
- PNG
- JPG
- BMP2
- PPTX1,3
- IWB
1Only supported in the Windows version.
2Only supported in the Android and iOS versions.
3File format can only be exported by Pro, Premium or Entity users.
Share lesson by QR code
If you wish to provide students with the option to immediately attain lesson materials, use the Share by QR Code feature within File Manager. This option provides students with the option to access a PDF of the lesson materials on their mobile device or to input a URL into their device's web browser.

SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENT
To access this feature, a Pro, Premium, or Entity account subscription is required. Learn more about myViewBoard subscription plans.
LESSON SHARE NOT WORKING?
You may encounter a failure to generate a QR code to share your lesson. In such cases, this can be due to any of the following reasons:
- Your internet connection may be unstable.
- Your default cloud storage may be experiencing unstable connection.
- Your default cloud storage capacity may have reached its limit. (Storage space required because the lesson file saves to your cloud storage.)
