Manager Advanced

Effectively manage devices globally with new timezone scheduling and streamline the EDLA onboarding experience for your end users.

  • Timezones in Job scheduling
To manage devices across regions easier, we have added timezone settings to Job configurations. This allows accurately scheduling remote jobs across different time zones without complex manual conversions.

  • Profile wallpaper customization
This release adds a quick option (within Profiles) to restore any device wallpaper back to the standard default background.

  • Profile app list expansion
We have added more supported EDLA apps to the Profile app list.

  • Action Log default view
To immediately show you the most relevant and actionable data, the default time range in the Action Log has been changed to the "Last 30 Days."

Job timezones

New Time Zone settings for Job options.

Restore wallpaper

Quickly restore wallpapers back to the standard default background.

Default period

New default time range in the Action Log.

  • EDLA user creation
We have streamlined the EDLA user creation workflow. After an administrator creates an EDLA user in Manager, these newly created EDLA users will be prompted to complete the Google setup wizard the first time they access their profile.

We hope these new features enhance your experience across the ViewSonic ecosystem! As always, we’re committed to improving our product, so stay tuned for more updates. If you have any feedback or questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.
