June ushers in a series of significant changes across the ViewSonic ecosystem. This month’s highlights showcase advancements that are set to impact workflows and user experience.

Manager

This release introduces new administrative controls, wireless configuration enhancements, and messaging improvements, as well as powerful content automation tools for users with Manager Advanced licenses.

Manager Basic

This update enhances day-to-day administrative tasks and communication features in Manager Basic, making the platform more flexible and user-friendly.

• Manager admin control: You can now grant or remove Manager access permissions for Entity users directly from the Manager console under Settings » Permissions.
• WPA3 WiFi configuration: We've added support for WPA3-Personal WiFi setup through the Manager interface for improved security.
• Enhanced CAP messaging: The layout for Common Alert Protocol messages has been refined and now includes color-coded message types for better visibility.

We’ve also made key enhancements focused on accessibility, support access, and emergency messaging layout.

• Improved accessibility: Manager Web and Agent UI have been updated for better compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Support access shortcut: A new Get support link is now available under the Knowledge Base category, providing direct access to the ViewSonic service form.
• Updated emergency message UI: We've also redesigned the emergency message layout to improve clarity and visual impact.

Manager Advanced Licenses

Users with Manager Advanced licenses benefit from new tools that enhance automation and content delivery.

• Job with multiple commands: You can now define up to 10 commands within a single job, making it easier to automate complex workflows.
• Webpage in playlists: Playlists now support webpages alongside videos and images, providing a richer and more flexible broadcasting experience.

Classroom EOS 2025

As part of our continued commitment to delivering optimized digital learning experiences, ViewSonic is announcing the official End of Service (EOS) for myViewBoard Classroom, effective December 31, 2025. 

After this date, the Classroom platform will no longer be accessible or supported.

ViewSonic Account migration

ViewSonic is migrating to a new unified Account system across all platforms to streamline authentication, improve security, and centralize access. Users will see:

• a modern login interface
• unified subscription / profile management
• enhanced role-based access

This transition aims to support future integrations and enterprise features, enabling smarter access control, simplified onboarding, and a consistent user experience across the ViewSonic ecosystem.
