API integration
With Manager's API integration, IT admin can connect to existing 3rd party platforms via RESTful web services. Actions such as Broadcast message and Get device statistics can thus be triggered with REST commands.
Generate and access API keys
- Press the settings button
 at the top-right corner of the Manager console. - Press the API Keys button
. - Take note of your Entity ID, which is required to execute REST commands.
- Press the Add API Key button to generate a unique authentication key.
- Copy this authentication key and keep it safe. This is the only time it will be shared.

While on the API Keys popup window, press 
to access the myViewBoard Open API Doc, which will introduce the formatting and execution instructions to successfully perform REST commands.
