Pen tools

Pen tools are one of myViewBoard Whiteboard's annotation tools with which users can draw freehand lines.

• Available pens can be accessed by pressing the pen tool icon  twice.
• Color quick switch is always available when the pen tool is selected (indicated by 3 colors above the pen icon).

Windows

Marker	Marker is the default pen tool. Select a color within the pen tools pop-up. Use the sliders to alter line width and opacity.
Paint Brush	Paint Brush allows for creation of broader strokes than the Marker. Select a color within the pen tools pop-up. Use the sliders to alter line width and opacity.
Highlighter	Highlighter allows for creation of transparent lines. Useful for highlighting text. Select a color within the pen tools pop-up. Use the sliders to alter line width and opacity.
Laser Pen	Laser Pen allows for creation of transparent lines, but each stroke is only visible until the start of the next stroke. Useful for drawing attention to details on the screen without needing to erase strokes. Select a color within the pen tools pop-up. Use the sliders to alter line width and opacity.
AI Pen	AI Pen approximates the object drawn by the user and displays corresponding images. Users must sign in to myViewBoard Whiteboard to use AI Pen.
Shape Pen	Shape Pen allows for creation of lines formed of repeating shapes.  Select from various shapes available by default. Use the sliders to alter size and opacity.
Magic Line Pen	Magic Line Pen allows for the revealing of a background with each stroke. Select from various images available by default. Use the sliders to alter line width and opacity.
